Takshveda prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our cancellation, return, and refund terms.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Customised/Personalised wooden or MDF products cannot be cancelled once the  order is confirmed or production has begun.
To request cancellation follow the process available with your order number on website.

Return & Refund Policy

This is general guidelines for the refund and return policies however, for bulk orders policies may differ from case to case basis.

A. Non-Returnable Items (Strict)

The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Wooden/MDF items made to order
  • Items with approved artwork, engraving, custom size, or personalised names/text
  • Items showing natural wooden/MDF variations (grain, colour tone, texture  differences)
  • Products with acceptable handcrafted tolerances (±5 mm, minor finish variation) These are not considered defects.

b. Return Eligibility (Standard Products Only)

For non-customised items, returns may be accepted if:

  • Item is unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Shipping charges are not refundable, except when the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

1. Damage or Wrong Item Delivery: For customised and non-customised items:

  • Damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • A mandatory unboxing video is required
  • Packaging must be retained until verification is complete

If approved, a replacement/refund will be issued.Claims without evidence cannot be processed.

C. Refund Timeline

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Bank/credit card timelines may vary.
