Takshveda prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our cancellation, return, and refund terms.
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Customised/Personalised wooden or MDF products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed or production has begun.
Return & Refund Policy
This is general guidelines for the refund and return policies however, for bulk orders policies may differ from case to case basis.
A. Non-Returnable Items (Strict)
The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Customised or personalised products
- Wooden/MDF items made to order
- Items with approved artwork, engraving, custom size, or personalised names/text
- Items showing natural wooden/MDF variations (grain, colour tone, texture differences)
- Products with acceptable handcrafted tolerances (±5 mm, minor finish variation) These are not considered defects.
b. Return Eligibility (Standard Products Only)
For non-customised items, returns may be accepted if:
- Item is unused, in original condition and packaging
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Shipping charges are not refundable, except when the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
1. Damage or Wrong Item Delivery: For customised and non-customised items:
- Damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- A mandatory unboxing video is required
- Packaging must be retained until verification is complete
If approved, a replacement/refund will be issued.Claims without evidence cannot be processed.
C. Refund Timeline
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Bank/credit card timelines may vary.
