This policy outlines the standards, responsibilities, and procedures followed by our organisation in designing, fabricating, supplying, and delivering customised wooden, MDF, and engineered-wood products.
Scope
This policy applies to all customized wooden and MDF items manufactured, supplied, or installed by our organization, including furniture, décor products, engineered components, and project-based fabrications.
Material Sourcing Policy
All wooden, MDF, and engineered-wood materials are sourced from certified suppliers. Materials must comply with applicable environmental, safety, and industry standards. We ensure no use of hazardous chemicals beyond permissible limits during finishing, coating, or lamination.
Customisation and Design Approval
All products are fabricated strictly based on the client’s approved specifications. Final drawings, dimensions, finishes, and designs must be confirmed in writing before production. Any changes requested after approval may affect delivery timelines and cost.
Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
Each product undergoes quality checks for structural stability, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and craftsmanship. Variations in natural wood grain, colour, or texture are considered inherent material characteristics.
Installation and Handling
The client is responsible for ensuring site readiness before installation. Our team may provide guidance on handling and maintenance, but post-installation conditions such as humidity, water exposure, temperature changes, or improper use are outside our control.
Warranty and Liability
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover natural ageing, warping due to moisture, colour changes, wear and tear, chemical exposure, or damage caused by mishandling or modifications after delivery. Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved and produced. Warranty-related information will be available for eligible products on website.
Sustainability Commitment
We prioritise sustainable practices by utilising responsibly sourced materials, reducing waste, and adopting eco-friendly processes wherever possible.
Client Responsibilities
The client must verify that selected materials and specifications meet their usage environment and functional needs. Any misuse or deviation from maintenance guidelines voids applicable protections.
Limitations
Due to the natural characteristics of wood and MDF, minor variations in finish, shade, and texture may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.
